Application for Taking Refuge in True Buddha School

To apply for taking refuge in the True Buddha School, disciples only need to recite the Fourfold Refuge facing the direction of the rising sun at 7 am on the first or fifteenth day of the lunar calendar:

「南摩古魯貝。
　南摩不達耶。
　南摩達摩耶。
　南摩僧伽耶。」三遍。
“I take refuge in the Guru.
I take refuge in the Buddha.
I take refuge in the Dharma.
I take refuge in the Sangha. ”

Recite three times and bow three times. (Once is sufficient on the first or fifteenth day.)

For disciples who have completed the ceremony at home, simply fill out the following form with your legal name, address, age, gender, and make an offering as you wish.
